Less pain you say?

Yes. Various studies and our own extensive experience show that keyhole neutering is a less painful procedure than a basic ovariohysterectomy.

Will I need more drugs?

Will I need more drugs?

No. As the procedure is less invasive, pets need fewer drugs and usually none need to be given at home at all.

The Future of Surgery

Neutering or 'Spaying' your female dog is, unfortunately, of long term benefit but short term cost.  Neutered dogs live longer, and experience fewer life threatening conditions like mammary tumours or womb infections. Neutering however is painful, traditionally it would involve a 5-10cm abdominal incision, several days pain relief, a week on the lead and worst of all the cone of shame! With keyhole surgery none of this is necessary. Click on the links below to go into more detail.

The Science

We believe that keyhole neutering is much better for your pet, that's why we do it, but don't just take our word for it!

What to Expect

All about the surgery. What to expect before, during and after the procedure.
